To commemorate the upcoming FIFA World Cup, VIPS, a foreign family-restaurant chain specializing in steaks, hosted the 2002 VIPS World Cook competition in Bangbae-dong, Seoul, Friday. Amateurs cook from across the country got to concoct their own dishes for the competition.
