Han Seung-soo (second from the right), Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade and chairman of the United Nations General Assembly, attends a dinner banquet hosted by the Nobel Foundation, at the Grand Hotel, Oslo, Norway, Sunday. Han will receive the 2001 Nobel Peace Prize on behalf of the United Nations, which will share the honor with its secretary general Kofi Annan.
