Jebu-do (Jebu Island) is 2.8 km off from the main land at Seoshin-myeon, Hwasong-kun, in Kyonggi province and it is renown for the so-called Moses Miracle phenomenon, which occurs twice a day due to the ebb and flow of the tide. The sunset, which falls on the wet beach and the paved road that connects the island to the main land, has made Jebu-do one of the most popular places in Korea known for its sunset.
