Government certified for his knowledge of the Hahoe mask dance, changseung ("road totem") maker Kim Chong-heung, age 44, is working on one of the changseungs he will present to Britain's Queen Elizabeth II when she visits Hahoe in April. Usually a changseung is more than 3 meters in height, but his one is a 'mini' changseung only one meter long. It was cut from a twenty year old tree near the village.
