Petasites japonicus
Petasites japonicus, "Meo-wi", is a perennial that grows all across Korea. It is of the campanula punctata (bellflower) order and of the chrysanthemum family. It sleeps during the winter and comes out in spring, bursting in the open with the joy to revive. It has long since conquered the mountains in early spring, with its lively colour.
