An organization of South Korean military operatives trained for espionage and sabotage in North Korea announce they will refrain from public demonstrations during the World Cup at a press conference at Seoul Press Center, Monday. The group had been criticized for violent demonstrations earlier this year, and has been demanding formal recognition from the government.
