Hongik Festival

T
he fourth "Seoul Fringe Festival", a cultural event of all the genres, play, dance, pantomime, film, visual art and music, opened around Hongik University, Mapo-gu, Seoul on Friday.

Since 1998, "Seoul Fringe Festival" has been an opportunity for underground artists to present their art and for citizens to enjoy them. This year¡¯s festival program includes concerts of jazz, hip hop and hard rock, exhibitions of sculpture, cartoons and mural, and screenings of animation, documentary, experimental and short films. The festival is held in 29 locations, including concert halls, subway station, playground and dong-office around Hongik University until September 23.
